TPL Media Announces Merger Of Key Media Businesses

TPL Media has today announced the amalgamation of its three media businesses; TPL Media, Data Baby Direct Marketing and Lloyd James Media into one central brand, to trade under the banner of Lloyd James Media Group.

The company will combine the very best of direct marketing services and lead generation.

The merger of the three companies will unify under one brand, with an extensive range of specialist personnel and expertise over the direct marketing industry.

Lloyd James Media Group will centralise sales and operational functions and pass on the operational efficiencies to customers, and the company will be headed by Sharon Pink who has been appointed as Managing Director of the amalgamated entities.

Vik Tandon Group CEO commented on the merger, “for many years we have successfully operated three separate media firms, however this has at times posed some challenges, mostly replicating systems and processes, and now our newly merged business will reap the benefits of a unified structure, and this will empower our employees to provide a faster and streamlined service offering to our customers.  I have every confidence in Sharon and her team to deliver a great media business, fit for the next decade of our company’s development, and in line with our client’s expectations.”
