TPL Media Forefronts Customer Acquisition Through Scalable Data Solutions

For more than 15 years TPL Media has spearheaded telephony generated sales leads in the UK. And we’ve prided ourselves on our ability to deliver premium cost-effective leads to fulfil our clients’ needs.

However, as the data marketplace evolves, so too have our practices. Following heavy investment in our online channels and data capabilities, we’ve developed a fully scalable customer acquisition solution. This includes the exciting launch of supersavvyyou.co.uk – which in another one of our data initiatives.

Supersavvyyou is the first of many co-registration products we have launched which will prove to be the future of online lead generation through targeted customer acquisition.

At the same time, we continue to drive growth in our core data products, segmentation capabilities and direct mail solutions.

Now that this investment has come to fruition, we have reviewed the effectiveness of telephone lead generation, the impact of GDPR and the general quality of leads from this channel.

With this in mind we’ve taken the decision to cease providing sales leads generated via telephone surveys with immediate effect.

Instead, we will be offering all our clients the opportunity to review our newer, fresher, digital channel to test its effectiveness, the technology we use and measure performance against the quality of our leads.
