The Role:
The Talent and HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in the recruitment and retention of employees, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent. This position involves coordinating the hiring process, developing retention strategies, and handling general HR duties to support a positive and productive work environment. As an Talent and HR Coordinator you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR and recruitment queries and will also oversee one additional staff member.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) and networking.
• Screen CVs and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screens and assist with in-person interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
• Conduct background checks and reference verification for potential hires.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

Retention
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Support career development initiatives, such as training programs and mentorship opportunities.
• Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee departure and develop strategies to address these issues.

General HR Duties
• Lead in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Liaise with finance team to complete any HR related payroll updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, retention, and other HR metrics.
• Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR-related issues.
• Organise company events and activities to foster a positive work environment.

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to help build, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies across multiple brands and businesses. Lloyd James Media Group provides centralised functions, including marketing, for its group businesses across sectors such as customer data, media, legal, property, and services. Following a period of substantial growth over the last three years, we have exciting plans for further expansion and new product launches. We are looking for a digital marketing professional to play a key role in supporting these growth objectives and driving the digital presence of our brands.

The Role:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work as part of a skilled team of marketers. Your primary role will be to assist in the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing channels for our various group businesses. You will manage online assets, such as websites and landing pages, and work across multiple platforms to drive engagement, leads, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of all digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, Paid and Organic Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Marketing (Klaviyo experience preferred).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise on-page content, following SEO best practices, Google EEAT guidelines, and utilising AI writing tools.
  • Build and help manage WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor, ensuring all assets are optimised for performance and conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts on a daily basis, ensuring all content aligns with business objectives and drives engagement.
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure all social media and blog content is aligned with seasonal, cultural, and brand opportunities.
  • Manage the daily digital campaign activity to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate new leads.
  • Work with both static and video assets across all digital channels to ensure optimised performance and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal teams and external stakeholders, including agencies and developers.
  • Adhere to internal processes and work efficiently to meet sign-off deadlines.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Participate in meetings with third-party agencies and developers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for an ambitious and talented digital marketing professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in SEO and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor for building and optimising websites and landing pages.
  • Proficiency in design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and experience in monitoring and optimising digital marketing performance.
  • Ability to work across multiple digital channels and implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills. Experience using monday.com for project management is preferred.
  • Experience managing both static and video content across social media platforms.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in digital marketing or equivalent qualification (CRM level 6).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with WordPress landing page builder tools.
  • GA4 certification or strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
